Job Juncture is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will collaborate with employees and leaders to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices.

You’ll identify hazards, lead investigations, manage OSHA and environmental reporting, and deliver safety training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

Responsabilités

• Identify workplace hazards and implement improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.
