Job summary

Htprof, a heavy industrial aluminum foundry in Indiana, seeks an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across a 36-acre, five-building complex. You will report to the Plant Manager and partner with operations to strengthen safety culture and compliance.

You will identify hazards, investigate incidents, conduct inspections, manage regulatory reporting and SDS documentation, and lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.
