RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry. You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with leadership to strengthen compliance, reduce hazards, and continuously improve EH&S practices.

You will identify hazards, investigate incidents, conduct inspections, and oversee regulatory reporting, SDS documentation, and emergency planning, while leading training and fostering a culture of safety

Competenze

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

Mansioni

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Maintain emergency response plans.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.
