Job summary

FINO Brands is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to plan, oversee, and execute company-wide safety programs in a regulated environment. You will assess needs based on regulatory requirements, communicate action plans, and partner with executives to ensure policy adherence across facilities.

The role includes conducting safety inspections, managing training and records, coordinating with OSHA, HIPAA, DOH, and DEP requirements, and driving best practices company-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing safety programs.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience focused on OSHA regulations.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, DOH and DEP requirements.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute company-wide Health & Safety programs and initiatives.
• Assess safety needs based on regulatory requirements and develop action plans.
• Coordinate with Executive Officers to implement company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards through inspections and audits.
• Manage safety training programs and maintain training records (OSHA, First Aid/CPR).
• Ensure OSHA compliance and prepare reports (OSHA 300/300A).
• Act as a primary contact for Workers’ Compensation and regulatory agencies.
• Investigate incidents, review reports, and ensure corrective actions.
