Job summary

Livefino seeks a Health & Safety Manager to lead company-wide Health & Safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and the ongoing development of policies, trainings, and procedures.

The role involves coordinating with executives, managing OSHA-related training (OSHA 30-hour General Industry), and serving as the SME for regulatory updates. Must be able to operate across offices, warehouses, and production sites in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing safety programs.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments with OSHA focus.
• Strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote the company safety mission and values.
• Coordinate with executives to implement company-wide Health & Safety procedures.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and manage trainings and records.
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate Health & Safety reports.
• Coordinate inspections with regulators and respond to audits.
