Responsibilities include site inspections, incident recordkeeping, EHS training delivery, and supporting investigations.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduces routine and non-routine site inspections and risk assessments independently, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assists in the development and delivery of standard EHS training for staff.
  • Maintains accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Supports investigations of incidents independently by gathering data and preparing reports.
  • Monitors the safe management of specific project strategies to ensure safe practices.
  • Communicates EHS policies and procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
  • Participates in team meetings to share insights and support safety initiatives.
