Dow Inc. in Gramercy, LA is seeking a Safety & Maintenance Lead to oversee daily safe maintenance work and implement Dow's Health-Safety management systems at the St Charles Operations.

You will mentor peers, lead field safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with Life Critical Standards in a high-hazard environment. With 5+ years in Operations, Maintenance Coordination, or Safety, you will coach teams, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with contractors to uphold safety and

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Maintenance Coordination, Safety Support, or similar in manufacturing.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one. US work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Advocates for inclusive safety culture and flawless Life Critical Standards execution.
• Spends 50–70% in the field as a technical resource, coaching teams on EH&S tasks.
• Discusses and resolves EH&S issues with Maintenance personnel and contractors regularly.
• Leads safety meetings and participates in contractor safety engagements and tailgates.
• Manages Safety and Near Miss programs and EH&S participation for Maintenance areas.
