Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety & Environmental (EH&S) Leader to oversee daily safe maintenance work and implement safety management systems at the St.

Charles Operations. You will spend substantial time in the field coaching teams, conducting life-critical standard assessments, and leading safety discussions to ensure compliant, safe operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Operations, Maintenance Coordination, Safety Support, or similar in manufacturing.
• TWIC card or eligible to obtain TWIC.
• Willingness to work overtime and after hours to support plant activities such as Turnarounds.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsabilités

• Advocates for an inclusive culture that achieves flawless execution of Dow's Life Critical Standards.
• Spends 50-70% of time in the field serving as a technical resource and coaching teams on Health, Safety and Environmental tasks.
• Proactively discuss and resolve EH&S issues with Maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Leads maintenance area safety meetings and participates in contractor safety meetings.
• Assists in implementing detailed, task-level Health and Safety programs using Dow's work processes.
