Job summary

FM Industries in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Engineer to develop and implement safety and health procedures, assure regulatory compliance, and lead training initiatives. You will supervise safety reviews and drive the Management of Change process to protect people, products, and the environment.

The role requires coordinating with leadership, facilities, and operations to identify hazards, improve EHS programs, and maintain ISO certifications while supporting

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in EH&S, Engineering, Environmental/Natural Sciences, or related field with 3–6 years of EH&S experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and support EH&S procedures, policies, and training.
• Lead safety design reviews and Management of Change processes.
• Conduct and report EH&S audits, inspections, and incidents.
