Job summary

You will implement OSHA and EPA aligned programs, conduct risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and mentor managers on safe work practices, fostering a Zero Harm culture. The role requires a 3+ year EHS background in manufacturing, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science or certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to line management on safe work practices and compliance across all departments.
• Develop and implement OSHA/EPA-compliant environmental health and safety programs and procedures.
• Train employees in environment, health and safety management best practices and maintain training records.
• Manage hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR to address unsafe behaviors and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain and improve OSHA 300-300A logs and support audits of the Health and Safety Management System.
