Job summary

Under minimal supervision, you will drive ISO-aligned EH&S programs, train staff, and collaborate with operations to minimize risk. You will perform internal EHS audits, investigate incidents, and assist with regulatory reporting, while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level degree in Environmental Sciences, Health and Safety, or Engineering.
• Safety certification such as CHMM, ASP, or CSP is preferred.
• 2+ years (2–4+) of EH&S experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal EH&S audits.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations.
• Provide technical/regulatory support to internal and external customers.
• Train employees on EH&S programs, including compliance and emergency response.
• Promote EH&S culture on site and improve safety performance.
• Ensure hazardous waste disposal meets regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement risk assessments and corrective actions.
