Job summary

Ebara Technologiesorporated in Anthem, AZ is seeking an experienced EH&S professional to develop, implement, and monitor policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across the organization and at service facilities.

You will lead internal EH&S audits, manage hazardous waste compliance, investigate incidents, train staff, and provide regulatory support to customers, aiming to strengthen safety culture and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• 4-yr degree in Environmental Sciences, Health and Safety, or Engineering (or equivalent experience) required.
• Safety Professional Certification (CHMM, ASP, or CSP) required.
• 2–4 years of EH&S experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hazardous Waste knowledge and handling.
• Experience with Regulatory Agencies (OSHA, Fire Safety, Air Resources Board, etc.), including permitting and inspections.
• Chemical safety and industrial hygiene knowledge.
• Emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor EH&S policies and procedures.
• Perform internal EH&S audits.
• Assure hazardous waste disposal meets regulatory requirements.
• Assist with incident and near-miss investigations.
• Train employees on EH&S programs.
• Provide regulatory support to internal and external customers.
• Promote EH&S cultural awareness to improve safety and environmental performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per EBARA safety policies.
