Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1 year of administrative support experience required.
• 1 year of EH&S experience preferred.
• Experience supporting programs, management systems, or technical documentation in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, policies, or controlled documents preferred.
• Experience supporting KPI tracking, reporting, or dashboard development preferred.
• Experience maintaining records for compliance or regulatory programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, video editors, and training content creation systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and maintain EHSS procedures and controlled documents, translating technical requirements into clear procedures.
• Maintain EHSS document management system with version control and approvals; coordinate cross-functional reviews.
• Maintain EHSS data systems and reporting tools (SharePoint, KPI dashboards); compile performance data and support routine reporting.
• Develop and maintain EHSS training content (e-learning and instructor-led) and manage LMS content and tracking.
• Maintain EHSS program records (contractor safety docs, SDS library, chemical records, corrective action logs).
• Coordinate safety committee activities, including scheduling, documentation, and communication of outcomes.
• Maintain CAPA tracking logs and support problem-solving with EHSS leadership.
• Maintain and enhance Sierra Nevada Central EHSS SharePoint site and collaborate on communications and awareness campaigns.
