North State seeks an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health and safety compliance programs across our operations in California. You will ensure adherence to federal, state and local regulations and coordinate with various agencies and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Safety/Environmental Science and at least six years of related experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and ERP systems is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety and/or Environmental Science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Minimum of six years’ related experience; or safety/ENV science background with at least 2 years in related roles.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; working knowledge of North State’s ERP system.

Mansioni

• Oversees environmental, health and safety compliance programs for local, state and federal regulations.
• Directs inspection of work practices and hazards; ensures fire protection and safety equipment availability.
• Interfaces with OSHA and other agencies and manages regulatory communications.
• Maintains accident and injury records and analyzes root causes.
• Administers the Drug and Alcohol Safety Program per DOT/FAA requirements.
