Jadeer is seeking a Country Manager to spearhead the Egyptian market expansion for a UAE-based fitness company. You will define strategy, recruit and lead a local team, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in general management with strong B2B, negotiation, and leadership skills, plus fluency in Arabic and English. The role requires a results-oriented, collaborative leader in Egypt.

Formación

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in general management and commercial leadership.
• Proven experience in launching, scaling, or managing a business or country operation.
• Strong B2B commercial experience preferred and knowledge of Egyptian market.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute market-entry and growth strategy for Egypt.
• Own the country’s commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operations.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential B2B clients.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, partners, suppliers, government entities and stakeholders.
• Lead business development including prospecting, negotiations, contract management, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends, needs, competitors, and regulation.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts and performance targets.
• Recruit, develop and manage the local team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and align with regional standards and brand values.
• Collaborate with UAE regional leadership and report on performance and market developments.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian laws, licensing, and company policies.
• Represent the company at events, conferences and meetings.
