Beno is building a dedicated Egypt-based marketing hub. We seek a Marketing Manager to build, lead, and scale the Egypt team from the ground up, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality deliverables that align with Beno’s premium branding.

You will collaborate with the Dubai team and Head of Marketing & Technology to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for luxury audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience managing marketing teams.
• Experience building or scaling teams is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working with remote teams is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Build the Egypt Marketing Team (Primary Responsibility) and recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing remote department.
• Lead daily operations, assign work, review deliverables, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure marketing assets reflect Beno’s premium brand across campaigns, proposals, and materials.
• Improve Beno’s website and digital experiences with UX and conversion-focused changes.
• Coordinate SEO and content growth with Egypt-based teams to boost visibility.
• Develop scalable marketing operations: calendars, workflows, and asset management.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing & Technology, CEO, Dubai team, and cross-functional partners.
