Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our egg production and processing facility in Wisconsin. The role focuses on completing repairs during non-production and production times to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will inspect and test machinery, dismantle components for repair, and perform preventative maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP compliance. This position requires the ability to work independently and meet quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; maintenance cert or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing is desirable.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety programs like LOTO, HazCom, Hot Work, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines to access defective parts for repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Handle general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Document all maintenance performed and notify supervisor.
