Job summary

Rembrandt Foods is seeking a Production Superintendent to oversee daily egg processing operations, ensuring cleaning, grading, packaging, and shipping meet USDA, HACCP, and SQF standards. You will lead production staff, maintain equipment, and ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in food processing with supervisory experience, knowledge of SQF/HACCP, and PCQI certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years in food processing with >=2 years in supervisor role.
• Experience with SQF or other GFSI schemes; HACCP knowledge.
• PCQI, HACCP & SQF Practitioner certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 operations of processing departments.
• Set department objectives and organize tasks and projects.
• Ensure 24/7 staffing and agenda across departments.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff with career plans.
