Job summary

Rembrandt Foods is seeking a Production Superintendent for the Iowa Office to oversee the daily operations of the egg processing facility. This role is focused on ensuring that eggs are cleaned, graded, packaged, and shipped according to USDA, HACCP, and SQF standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in food processing, with strong leadership and communication skills. Reporting to the Production Manager, this position requires a commitment to safety and quality while managing production staff effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in food processing, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with SQF or other GFSI scheme is preferred.
• HACCP Knowledge and PCQI, HACCP & SQF Practitioner Certification.
