Responsibilities include managing egg washing and transfer, maintaining clean work areas, executing chemical checks, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and cGMP requirements.

• Ensure food safety and quality per HACCP, SQF, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee washing, transfer, and breaking steps to support line efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all processing areas.
• Perform chemical checks and basic equipment maintenance per SOPs.
• Assist with breaks, cleanup, and shift transitions as needed.
