Job summary

Daybreak Foods in Iowa is seeking a Processing Line Worker in the Eggs division. Under the direction of the Processing Supervisor, you will perform tasks to ensure the highest quality product possible.

Responsibilities include maintaining strict HACCP, SQF and cGMP compliance, keeping the work area clean, and ensuring safe handling of eggs throughout washing, transfer, breaking and shell processes. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred, with emphasis on safety programs and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Familiar with safety programs and processes such as Confined Space, LOTO, Hazcom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMP and regulatory protocols to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper handling of eggs; assist in washing, transfer, breaking and shell rooms as needed.
