Job summary

Cooper Farms, a Northwest Ohio family-owned farm and food company, is seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

Shift hours are Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm, starting hourly rate $17.50 with potential increase to $17.70 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses.

Training provided; duties include packing eggs, verifying labels, and communicating label discrepancies to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
• Factory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Packing cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensuring that case labels match the carton/sleeve type and code date and placing case labels to the proper packed cases when applicable.
• Communicating any variance of carton dates or case labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1 st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE : $17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.70 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
