Job summary

Workforce Strategies, Incorporated is seeking a Line Worker in Otsego, Michigan. You will grade eggs on a fast-moving line, move products from the washer to the breaking machine, and ensure the line runs smoothly under USDA/HACCP/SQF standards.

The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally in a cool, wet production area with PPE and hygiene requirements. Training is provided; a path to permanent hire and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write basic English.
• Requires standing and walking for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Grade and align eggs entering the washer and transfer to the accumulating station.
• Remove bad eggs, blood spots, and shell fragments at the breaking machine.
• Run chemical checks and manage foam in washers; clean screens.
• Maintain a clean area and cover for breaks; follow USDA/SQF/HACCP standards.
