Qualifications

• Ability to read a limited number of words and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished orally.

Responsibilities

• Prevent bad eggs from contaminating finished products.
• Remove all yolk from whites during separation.
• Keep machine running at top production speeds and handle daily tasks.
• Follow USDA regulations.
• Check air pressure and water pressure before starting.
• Clean the machine of eggs and shells before breaks.
• Follow PPE and GMP requirements throughout the day.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Travel to and work at multiple locations.
