Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. seeks a Loader to supply the lines with flats of shell eggs and keep production pace. You will lift up to six flats at a time (20–30 lbs) and ensure safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards are followed. No prior experience is required, and PIT certification is expected.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required and ability to read basic words.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to apply instructions and work in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain PIT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and follow safety policies.
• Supply optiloader conveyors with flats of shell eggs while lifting up to six flats at a time.
• Remove and stack dividers, skid sheets, and empty flats in designated areas.
• Supply candlers with flats of eggs and monitor the optiloader to remove jams.
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, and SQF certification requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
