Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related area preferred.
• Series SIE, 79 and 63 exams preferred or obtain after hire.
• 0 - 1 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations and deal materials for the Financial Institutions Group.
• Analyze clients' and prospects' financial situations and industry data to identify banking opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of bank financing transactions and prepare internal memoranda for approvals.
• Perform financial modeling in Excel and support senior bankers on client engagements.
