Job summary

Steno is hiring for a litigation support role in a fast-growing, nationwide team. You will manage eFiling from end to end, review client orders, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining high accuracy.

This role requires clear communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues, and comfort using Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, and other legal platforms. We offer stock options, premium medical plans, and opportunities for growth as you advance within a modern litigation support organization

Qualifications

Background in legal, litigation support, or attorney services is preferred.

Ability to adapt to varied eFiling portals across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Own the eFiling process from start to finish with precision and accountability.
Keep client orders on track by reviewing, preparing, submitting, and tracking filings to deadlines.
Be the problem-solver by preventing rejections and handling rush requests.
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and teammates at every step.
Work with cutting-edge tools and stay organized across multiple jobs and SLAs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency across workflows.
