Job summary

Hoshizaki America is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to handle day-to-day shipment and receipt of parts and finished goods, ensure accurate inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. You will support inventory control, cycle counts, and carrier coordination in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires proper lifting, forklift operation, and strong computer skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour work week in Franklin, MA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift, pallet jack, hand truck operation.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 51 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify orders for correct part numbers and quantities.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, LTL, and other carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct monthly cycle counts.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate low-stock conditions to management to prevent shortages.
