Hoshizaki America is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to handle day-to-day shipment and receipt of parts and finished goods, ensure accurate inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. You will support inventory control, cycle counts, and carrier coordination in a fast-paced warehouse.
The role requires proper lifting, forklift operation, and strong computer skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour work week in Franklin, MA.

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day shipment and receipt of component parts and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records. This role is responsible for order picking, shipment preparation, inventory control, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The hourly range for this position is $[21.00]– $[24.00] , plus eligibility for a bonus opportunity with annual payouts distributed in three installments. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
