Job summary

Hakoware by Harvest Pack Inc., based in New Jersey, is seeking an Office & Operations Associate to bridge administrative operations and warehouse execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate logistics, maintain inventory records, and support bookkeeping while collaborating with carriers, vendors, and the General Manager.

This role demands attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing office setting preferred.
• Proficiency with basic-to-intermediate MS Excel and bookkeeping/ERP software.
• E-commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) is a major plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound logistics planning: coordinate order fulfillment with carriers and GM to schedule and receive shipments.
• Inventory & e-commerce documentation: oversee daily fulfillment records and conduct regular inventory audits to align ERP with physical stock.
• Process integration & improvement: bridge office administration and warehouse teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
• Financial & bookkeeping support: maintain weekly financial records and assist GM with bookkeeping tasks.
• Vendor & return management: act as liaison with external vendors and manage end-to-end customer return workflows.
