Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Salem, Oregon is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and assemble online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. You will process coupons/payments and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
