Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and process closed loan packages.
• Prepare Home Equity Applications, Disclosures and Closing Documents.
• Order required property documentation for home equity loans.
• Support Home Equity Loan Pipeline with timely documentation from customers.
• Submit accurate home equity files to underwriting for credit approval.
• Assist with ordering property documentation for residential purchase and refinance.
