Republic Services, Inc. seeks an Operator – Heavy Equipment to safely operate forklifts, excavators, bulldozers and loaders at recycling centers or landfills. You will perform inspections, document equipment status, and ensure safe, efficient handling of waste materials.

A strong emphasis on safety and reliability is required. The role requires at least two years of heavy equipment experience and prior OSHA-site exposure, with a collaborative approach to serving customers and maintaining

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of equipment and ensure cameras, lights and mirrors are clean.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklift, excavator, bulldozer and loader following safety standards.
• Monitor waste materials for unacceptable items and report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Complete reports on equipment condition and work with Maintenance Shop as needed.
• Keep shop area clean and properly stored at shift end; follow all safety policies.
