Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. seeks a Customer Service & E-Commerce team member to assist customers at checkout, perform cash register functions, bag groceries, and support the customer service desk. Maintain attractive displays and align with Whole Foods Market’s vision and SOPs across duties and health/safety standards.

The role emphasizes courteous, friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to store policies, promotions, and training requirements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates patience with customers and Team Members.
• Maintains proficiency with cashier procedures and PLUs.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas, including own register.
• Follows cash handling procedures and cashier variance policy.
• May assist with training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
• Assists supervisor in controlling customer flow and backed up lines.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper merchandising and stock handling.
• Adheres to health, safety, and Weights & Measures procedures.
