Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers on time.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered with accuracy and courtesy.
• Map efficient delivery routes for speed and cost savings.
• Track delivery performance using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate solutions to customers.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain records.
• Inspect returned parts for return to DC or manufacturer.
