Peraton is seeking an Efficiency Systems Engineer to support one of the ICs largest enterprise-wide contracts. This full-time role is based at Fort Meade, MD and requires 1880 hours per year at a customer site.

The ideal candidate will manage requirements, engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, and identify scalable efficiency opportunities. Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph; candidates with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience are

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related discipline and at least 20 years of systems engineering experience.
• A master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience for a total of 18 years of systems engineering experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
• Requirements management and requirements elicitation experience.
• Familiarity with process improvement techniques.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

• Perform requirements management for an efficiency-focused organization and help make improvement recommendations while ensuring critical requirements are not lost.
• Engage with internal and external personnel to improve the processes of the organization, including helping the organization 'run more like a business'.
• Identify areas for improvement and help realize changes in processes that are scalable to other organizations.
