Peraton is seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Process Engineer to support a major IC contract. The role requires strong cross-team coordination to reduce risk and standardize systems engineering processes.

Ideal candidates bring Lean Six Sigma, CMM/CMMI experience, Agile practices, and the ability to work with Jira and Confluence. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required and the position is on-site in Maryland.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business/Education with 15 years of process-improvement experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience includes facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation.
• Experience in process engineering across acquisition phases and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Promote cross-program coordination and technical collaboration to reduce integration risk and standardize processes.
• Support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the IC.
• Coordinate with program and supported organizations across multiple projects.
• Help develop and improve operating procedures and requirements management.
