Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission unit in Jessup, MD. You will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts, working at a customer location as a full-time role with 1880 hours per year.

You will lead process improvement efforts, collaborate with senior leaders, and help implement standardized procedures across projects involving requirements, software, and advanced technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or Education with 15 years of process improvement experience.
• High school diploma with 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide engineering contracts and process improvements.
• Lead efforts to assess and optimize program management, requirements, software, and sustainment processes.
• Document and standardize operating procedures; coordinate across senior leaders to gather information.
