Job summary

Job description

Raytheon's Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team is looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in circuit card testing and troubleshooting to the component level.

Location and Schedule
  • United States – Tucson, AZ (1151 E Hermans Rd, BLDG M02)
  • Schedule: 9/80 (every other Friday off)
  • Relocation: Eligible
Security Clearance
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required on day 1.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
What You Will Do
  • Perform electrical tests and troubleshoot subassemblies, assemblies, and systems for conformance to specifications.
  • Apply theory of operation to diagnose faulty product for design, workmanship, environmental, and component defects.
  • Participate in systems validation, test, and analysis across all integration phases.
  • Develop and execute innovative test, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools, and techniques to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with prints, schematics, sketches, and test procedures.
  • Experience troubleshooting circuit cards at the component level.
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes, signal generators or spectrum analyzers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience performing ATP, DVT, and DMV engineering tests.
  • Self‑starter, quick learner, adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of programmable electronic parts including microcontrollers and FPGA’s.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD (based on experience, location, and qualifications).
