Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Manager to ensure EFB devices are current, secure, and compliant with changing headquarters requirements. The role requires coordinating with AFGSC and Squadron EFB managers to maintain publications and software across systems.

The position emphasizes security, program oversight, and effective communication in a high-stress aviation environment at a U.S. Air Force base. Strong Microsoft Office and teams administration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret Clearance.
• Must have knowledge of iOS and macOS; 2+ years IT/device management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office suite experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Ops Group EFB Program per AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Configuration announcements.
• Serve as Wing/Group EFB manager and liaison with AFGSC A3TV for program management.
• Maintain EFB devices, perform upgrades, patches, and restorations, and manage administrative access.
