Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an EFB Manager to oversee the Electronic Flight Bag program, ensuring device operation, publications, and security directives are current.

You will coordinate with EFB leaders, maintain admin access, and manage Foreflight accounts and MDM configurations for all EUSA devices. This role requires a Secret clearance or prior one and strong MS Office, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or prior clearance expired.
• Experience with iOS and macOS; 2+ years IT/device management.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office and SharePoint experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage EFB program documentation and publications per HQ guidance.
• Coordinate with EFB managers and Stan/Eval for up-to-date materials.
• Administer EFB system using MDM software and Foreflight account.
• Maintain equipment inventory and tracking; ensure approvals and audits.
• Generate required EFB reports and administrative duties.
