Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking an educator with a Master’s degree in engineering or related field to teach and develop online courses within the School’s design and entrepreneurship programs. You will contribute to EDSGN, ENTI, ELD, and LPE offerings, fostering leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Experience with online instruction is a plus, and the role includes advising and mentoring students across programs, with emphasis on inclusive teaching and robust design

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Interest in teaching as part of Penn State programs.
• Experience or ability to teach online/remotely is a plus.
• Ability to use communication and CAD tools in design education.

Responsibilities

• Teach Engineering Design (EDSGN) program courses and cornerstone design projects.
• Support ENTI Minor courses and Entrepreneurship/Innovation clusters.
• Contribute to ELD and LPE program course offerings in leadership and policy perspectives.
• Develop online teaching materials and engage students remotely where applicable.
