Curriculum Associates, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist Level III to empower educators who use our solutions and prospects for CA products. You will lead prospecting, build strategic relationships, and ensure smooth implementation across districts.

The role requires collaboration across sales, support, and education teams, strong presentation skills for demos, and a solid grounding in K-8 standards. Sacramento area travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Five years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching.
Bachelor’s + teaching credential or Master’s degree preferred.
Experience as classroom teacher, education sales, customer support, or trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across functions to support the local sales team.
Build strategic relationships with educators in pilots and key accounts.
Lead prospecting to identify and engage with new schools and districts.
Develop in-depth product knowledge to guide educators.
Conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations.
Manage communications and ensure timely responses.
Stay up-to-date with state standards and best practices.
