Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Technology or Information Systems with 3–5 years of experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
• Ability to perform multiple technical tasks and periodically upgrade skills.
• Strong math and ability to read technical information; document and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of multiplatform PCs, peripheral equipment, server configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and train audiences in tech topics.

Responsibilities

• Assess malfunctions of computer and network hardware, software applications or electronic equipment for repair needs.
• Assist Technology Department in managing and maintaining network equipment to support site operations.
• Provide remote troubleshooting to resolve workstation issues.
• Configure classroom servers, peripherals and shared devices for operational use.
• Install hardware, peripherals and software to maintain site operations.
• Maintain computers and equipment to keep them safe and functional.
