Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and prioritize technology related work orders.
• Evaluate costs and make recommendations on technology related repairs.
• Arrange for contract repairs when district staff cannot perform them.
• Work with end-users to detect and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Communicate with software/hardware vendors to resolve end-user problems.
• Coordinate with Network Administrator to resolve issues with internal applications.
