Qualifications

• Current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for 2026–2027.
• Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with video editing, videography, and/or photography, and/or graphic/web design, especially within the context of social media.
• Someone interested in all aspects of communications with an aptitude for video editing and production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Apps, and similar cloud-based platforms.
• Should be comfortable using and learning a range of software and hardware tools.
• Must possess strong relational and organizational skills.
• Must be able to manage own assignments and work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technological, creative and administrative support to the CTL.
• Assist with workshops, trainings, creative digital services, event planning and execution.
• Support website and social media presence, clerical tasks, survey creation and distribution.
• Data input and analysis, and assist with research projects.
