Job summary

Osseo Area Schools is seeking a part-time Information Technology Aide to join the Instructional and Informational Technology Team (I2T2). The role supports 21,000 students and 3,000 staff across 31 sites, providing frontline installation, diagnosis, repair, and training of classroom devices and peripherals.

You will document activities, assist with inventory, and help end users effectively. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; strong customer service and communication skills are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and explain current technology to end-users.
• Ability to travel to different sites during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on computing devices and peripheral classroom hardware.
• Provide first-level technical support using established procedures and tools.
• Document daily activities in the work order system and escalate as needed.
• Provide training and instruction in the use of classroom and instructional technologies.
• Provide inventory of hardware and software as requested.
• Perform other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as assigned.
