Qualifications

• General knowledge of computers and related technologies.

• Work cooperatively with students and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; 36 hours college credit in IS/IT/MIS preferred.
• Ability to reach, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Pre-employment medical exam and background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and students using computers in the ELP thru grade 8.
• Provide hardware and software support to teachers and building staff.
• Train on software, install hardware and software, troubleshoot login, printing, and errors.
• Seek assistance from a technical professional if standard methods fail.
• Maintain and repair technology equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with building administrators to manage computer lab schedules.
• Attend workshops to stay current with instructional technologies.
