Responsibilities

Builds and maintains spreadsheets, Smartsheets, and Canvas course documents.
Offers innovative technology solutions to enhance processes.
Assists with front desk coverage, hospitality needs, and responding to student questions.
Provides technical support for LMS, classrooms, and virtual environments.
Collaborates with stakeholders to select and use technology tools.
Creates documentation and user guides for tools and workflows.
