Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to foster student success and program excellence. You will partner with curriculum, compliance, and leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

You will support instructional staff, adapt materials for diverse needs, monitor student wellbeing, and collaborate with managers to drive quality improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
• Three or more years of proven experience in youth development or related field.
• Familiarity with assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of program implementation, quality assurance, and best practices in youth education.
• CA specific: familiarity with ELO-P/ASES guidelines and Heritage licensing requirements being desirable for CA-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized and small-group instruction and adapt materials to meet diverse needs.
• Monitor and supervise students, ensuring safety and inclusion.
• Collect student progress data and provide feedback to managers.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Impact Team to identify needs and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, licensing regulations, and program policies.
